IDEPA – Indústria de Passamanarias, Lda (hereinafter “IDEPA”), with registered offices at Avenida 1º de Maio, n.º 71, 3700-227 São João da Madeira and NIPC 507165608 is the data controller.
The data collected will be used to analyze and follow up your application process, on the basis of pre-contractual procedures, and will be kept for a period of one year.
The personal data marked with * must be filled in in order for us to be able to analyze and process your application.
The data in question will not be used for any other purpose without prior information and, where necessary, your prior and express consent.
IDEPA may communicate the personal data identified to its service provider(s) in order to fulfill the purpose described.
When you send us your personal data, it will be protected using security protocols suitable for internet communications and stored on a secure server with limited access.
You may exercise your rights under the law (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, portability) by writing to the following e-mail address rh@idepa.com without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (www.cnpd.pt).
